A Note from Safety and Health Solutions

For the past 20 years, Safety and Health Solutions (SHS) has proudly trained over 20,000 individuals in life-saving skills, including CPR, BLS, First Aid, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). We are deeply grateful for the trust and support from our community, workplaces, and participants that have made this impact possible.

To continue delivering the highest quality, focused training experiences, we are evolving our business model. Effective immediately, SHS will specialize in group training sessions for organizations, teams, and groups of 10 or more participants. This shift allows us to provide more tailored, efficient, and impactful instruction to larger groups—such as businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, and community organizations—while maintaining our commitment to excellence and certification standards.

We will no longer offer regularly scheduled open enrollment or individual training sessions.

American Heart Association training card issued the same day.

Yes, We provide American Heart Association Courses that are good in all 50 states.

Do you offer refunds?

Once you have completed your registration and the payment is made, there are no refunds given.  The AHA has specific student to instructor ratios required. Rescheduling may be an option: if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to class time.  There are no allowances for no shows or being 15 mins or more past start time of the class.  If you are sick and can not make it to class, unfortunately you will need to purchase another ticket.  

I was told I can not take online training for CPR?

Our online training is from the American Heart Association. The lecture and testing portion is online. Then you come in for the hands on practice and skills testing. We have never had a single case where our training was turned down.

Can I get CEUs for this training?

For the online ACLS  PALS Heartcode yes you can.  

Most states allow for 11.5 hours for an initial and 8 hours for renewal when renewing your license. Normally all you have to do is present a copy to your accrediting board.  Check with your state board and see how many CEUs will be taken for the specific course.  

Do you provide onsite training?

Yes, we provide onsite training for just a few students or up to several hundred.

Can you provide corporate training?

Yes, we provide corporate training to various large corporations across the US and some international clients as well.

We can assist any size business with implementing site specific training, record keeping, and auditing of existing training to help keep your employees safe, prepared and complaint.

We are pleased to say we have been in business since 2005. Our company has extremely experienced- Nurses- Medics -Doctors and Safety Professionals.
